<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board to board type connector equipped with a connected state indicating function. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connector member is composed of a plug connector to which, a first insulation main body 20 and a plurality of first terminals 21 are mounted, and a receptacle connector to which, a second insulation main body 40 and a plurality of second terminals 41 are mounted. A terminal housing grooves are formed to the first insulation main body 20, and at least one of the terminal housing grooves is formed into a step-shaped position setting groove of which, the step-shaped part is formed to the side wall of the position setting groove with a wall having a regular depth in the direction perpendicular to the side wall. The second terminals 41 of the receptacle connector corresponding to the position setting groove is positioned to a positioning terminal 411. When both connectors are combined with each other at a prescribed position, the positioning terminal slides over the vertical fall of the position setting groove, and a sound is generated.
