PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sound insulation performance of a building having a concrete frame with a regular-beam structure in which a floor slab is connected to the upper surfaces of girders and beams and to support a floor structure more stably by supporting against the concrete frame a floor structure provided on the floor slab, in such a way that the floor structure is insulated from the floor slab so that vibrations and noises generated in the floor structure can be dispersed and transmitted to the concrete frame. SOLUTION: Concrete supporting beams 4 are integrally and horizontally placed between vertical frame walls 3 on the floor slab Sf. The concrete supporting beams 4 are vertically arranged in tandem along with beams Bs, with vibration-proof rubber 9 interposed between the concrete supporting beams 4 and the floor slab Sf.
