FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: gating includes delivery gate, increased-diameter closed portion. Said portion is fluid-tightly joined with device for metering alloying materials. Height of metal receptacle consists 105 - 800 % of diameter of gate; its diameter exceeds diameter of gate by 1.1 - 9.0 times. Alloying materials are introduced through opening in said portion.
