PURPOSE: A single unit package having an optical sensor, an optical lens, and a light-emitting device integrally and an optical mouse including the same are provided to improve productivity by simplifying an assembling process and to execute a precision operation efficiency by sensing a movement of a mouse through an optical sensor. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(340) includes an external lead. A light emitting device unit(310) irradiates a light to the bottom surface and is electrically connected to the lead frame(340). The irradiated light is reflected and focused from the bottom surface to an optical sensor(315). The optical sensor(315) is separated from the light emitting device unit(310) at a predetermined distance and electrically connected to the lead frame(340). A light guide(313) is mounted on the lead frame(340) for sealing the light emitting device unit(310) and the optical sensor(315) and exposing the external lead. The light guide(313) guides a direction of a light irradiated from the light emitting device unit(310). A convex optical lens(317) is corresponded to the optical sensor(315) and condenses the reflected light. The second package main body(330) is formed on the lead frame(340) for being corresponded to the first package main body(320).
