<p>In a disk device (10), an optical disk is rotated by the ZCLV system when recording data on the optical disk (100), and the optical disk is rotated by the ZCAV system when reading data from the optical disk. A DSP (28) generates no change in the rotational speed of the optical disk during the operations of MODIFY-READ, RECORD and VERIFY by performing READ of MODIFY-READ performed before RECORD, and READ of VERIFY performed after RECORD by rotating the optical disk by the ZCLV system.</p> |
