PURPOSE: To provide shorts excellent in wearability, having a side-leakage preventive function, and so designed that an absorbent article can be closely fitted to the crotch part of a wearer. CONSTITUTION: The shorts have the following structure; holding belt 31 is set inside a shorts body 10, the holding belt 31 is fixed to a waist band 17 at a front fixing part 37 and a back fixing part 38, and fixed to a crotch part fabric 19 at the intermediate fixing part 39 so that the holding belt 31 does not move back and forth. In this structure, the front body part 13 and the back body part 14 of the shorts body 10 are sufficiently stretchable so as to improve fitness to the body because the holding belt 31 is apart from the shorts body 10 at unfixed parts 40a, 40b.
