PURPOSE: Provided is laver add chinese pepper oil containing active ingredients of chinese pepper when roasted or dried. Therefore, the laver has a savory taste and contains beneficial components of chinese pepper. CONSTITUTION: In laver added with corn oil, perilla oil, sesame oil and salt, it is characteristically added with chinese pepper oil in the amount of 0.01-1 wt.%. The laver added with chinese pepper oil is then roasted or dried. |
