PURPOSE: A method for preparing an alumina-nylon synthetic resin and an alumina-nylon synthetic resin prepared by the method are provided, to improve the toughness and the flexural property without deterioration of the abrasion resistance and the strength. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of mixing a nylon-based resin with aluminium oxide (Al2O3) powder to prepare an alumina-nylon synthetic resin by common resin synthesis method. Preferably the aluminium oxide powder has a particle size of 0.1 micrometers or less, and the mixing process is carried out at a humidity of 25 % or less and a steady temperature.
