<p>A method for the reprocessing of thermoset plastic products (I) is claimed. (I) is formed from a cross-linkable copolymer consisting of unsaturated polyester, phenacryl(vinyl ester), polymethyl(acrylate)methacrylate, di(iso)allylphthalate and cross-linkable hydrocarbons. Preferably he thermoset is curable at ambient or elevated temperature and the monomer is styrene, methyl(acrylate)methacrylate or di(iso)alkylphthalate. The product is also bonded to a polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane film and contains filler, preferably mineral, glass fibre, beads, wood flour or textiles. The product, preferably waste or reject parts is ground to an initial particle size of 5-6 mm in a cutting or hammer mill, followed by grinding in an impact, ball or vibrating mill to a particle size of 40-950 microns. The comminuted product (A) is mixed with resin, thermoplastic prepolymer or solution (B) and monomer (C) in a ratio of A:B:C of 40-70%:20-40%:10-30%.</p> |
