PURPOSE: A composition of electrodes for a transdermal glucose monitoring bio-sensor is provided, thereby maximizing the performance of the glucose monitoring bio-sensor, so that optimum analysis of the blood glucose level can be carried out. CONSTITUTION: Electrodes for a transdermal glucose monitoring bio-sensor using reverse ion osmosis contains HPMA hydrogel with oxidation enzymes and shows properties of the stabilized current of 35nA, noise of 4nA, and ratio of signal to noise of 9 or more when 3 microliter of a 100 micromole glucose solution is added, wherein the composition of the electrodes is a mixture of platinum and carbon; the amount ratio of platinum to carbon is 50 to 90%; the electrodes are printed on the nonconductive medium; and the electrodes are used for the transdermal glucose monitoring bio-sensor together with polymer consisting of polyethylene oxide, polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamido, methylpropane sulfonic acid or copolymer thereof.
