SCANNING METHOD OF FLAT DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A scanning method of a flat display device is provided to reduce the development costs of driving circuits by supporting a single scan mode as well as a dual scan mode. CONSTITUTION: A scanning method support a single scan mode by driving alternately scan lines formed on a plurality of panels, controlling a time interval for scanning neighboring scan lines to each scan line in order to scan the scan lines of each panel to a particular direction. In the single scan mode, the scan lines formed on the first panel(10) and the second panel(20) are alternately scanned one by one. The scan lines of the first panel are scanned from the most significant scan line to the least significant scan line. The scan lines of the second panel are scanned from the least significant scan line to the most significant scan line.
