<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for raising fries, with which dispersion of growth and a case fatality rate are reduced and the fries extremely rapidly grow and an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Raising water having a high dissolved oxygen concentration is supplied to an enclosed type fry raising water tank 1 equipped with a fry isolation function by meshes 1b and 1c by using an oxygenator 3 at such a low flow rate as not to affect the fries. Especially a raising method in still water which is regarded as a common sense in the conventional method for fries immediately after hatching to be greatly affected by high dissolved oxygen is changed to a raising method of flowing water type. Consequently, the dispersion of growth which is not overcome by the conventional method is controlled and the fries extremely rapidly, safely and surely grow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
