PURPOSE: A method and device for completely burning liquid and gaseous fuel is provided to improve thermal efficiency by passing the fuel through the edge of heating flame and burning the fuel. CONSTITUTION: In a method for completely burning liquid and gaseous fuel, a fuel heating pipe(7) is wound on the edge of heating flame. The liquid and gaseous fuel passes through the fuel pipe, and are heated and burnt at high temperature.
