PURPOSE: A proxy payment service providing system using a mobile terminal and a method therefor are provided to allow a mobile terminal user to simply pay various public imposts through a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user starts public imposts payment service and photographs a public imports notice by mobile terminal(S10). When the user connects to a main serve, the main server extracts information on a billing institution and a payment amount from a bar code of image data of the public imposts bill notice transferred from the user, receives log-in data, a payment authentication signal and a payment means from the user(S20). The main server extracts banking account data of the user, selects the same bank account from bank accounts of the billing institution, and access a server of the bank(S30). The main server outputs the user's bank account data, automatic transfer amount and the bank account data of the billing institution to the server of the bank in order to perform an automatic transfer according to the user's payment request(S40). |
