PURPOSE: An electronic system for luminous card section connected to a mobile device is provided to perform easily a card section by forming a luminous card of the same size as a card for card section. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LEDs for radiating the three primary light are installed at an upper portion and a lower portion of a transparent acryl cylinder including optical fibers. A reflective mirror is installed at one side of the transparent acryl cylinder. A luminous portion including the LEDs is adhered on the other side of the transparent acryl cylinder. A reflective side is adhered on a lower side of the other side of the transparent acryl cylinder. A transparent sheet member is formed on the upper portion of the transparent acryl cylinder. A planar Fresnel lens is installed on the transparent sheet member.
