PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a hygienic cover using yellow soil containing salt and charcoal and the hygienic cover produced therefrom which keeps sexual organs clean and hygienic. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of mixing 60 to 70 wt% of yellow soil, 10 to 20 wt% of water and 10 wt% of salts to prepare a yellow soil solution and leaving the solution to settle down the yellow soil; dipping a cotton cloth to be used as a hygienic cover in the yellow soil solution for 24 hours so that the yellow soil solution containing salts is absorbed to the cover; drying the cotton cloth in the sun until moisture is completely removed; and putting charcoal inside the cover, followed by sealing the opening.
