A one shot mixing system for dental material, or for other mixed materials, has a blister pack with a reaction substance (catalyst) in the bottom of a recess, sealed by a cover film. The recess has level marks (34) to indicate how much material to add prior to mixing. The disposable mixing tool (42) can be included in the blister pack.
