The pliers have two control parts (24,25). A control unit (3) connected to the control parts has two tubular control lines (30), each containing a steel wire (31). Each control line also has an adjusting block (32) at one end, with a projection (33) with a ring groove (330) to accommodate a securing plate (34). The other block end has an impact part (36). Each steel wire is enclosed by a pressure spring (38) between two grip blocks (37), so that two handles (22,23) are pressed against each other to pull the control parts forward and move the blocks towards each other. This causes the blocks to grip two shoulders on the clip to open it.
