PURPOSE: A system for controlling and monitoring an environment managing institution is provided to automatically collect data of various environment parameters in a remote place and to supply a recovering function of a system, a control recovering function, and a real time remote monitoring function by a sensor when a trouble of an input unit is generated or a system stabilization device is operated. CONSTITUTION: A detecting unit(200) comprises a sensor device(110) for detecting various kinds of parameters with respect to an environment process, an interface(210) for interfacing with the sensor device(110), a data transmission unit by an interactive wire/wireless communication, and a control unit(230). The detecting unit(200) transmits data of sensor devices, a state code for detecting a specific external state, and state data of a control system for managing an environment processing equipment to a relay unit(300). The relay unit(300) converts collected data as a packet unit using a wire modem(350) and wireless modem(340). The relay unit(300) transmits the data to a host(510) of a remote control center(500), a client(520), or a personal terminal(530) through a wire network(750) or a wireless network(700) of a transmission unit(400). The current state of an input unit(100) is monitored in real time. |
