PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electroplated diamond wheel, the electroplated diamond wheel thereby, and a device for electroplating the diamond wheel are provided to easily perform the electroplating process of a diamond tool, and reduce work hours. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electroplated diamond wheel comprises the steps of: manufacturing a shank(S1); using a mesh sieve and adhering diamond powder to the polishing surface of the shank densely(S2); and electroplating nickel to fix the diamond powder on the polishing surface of the shank(S3).
