PURPOSE: A signal transfer control unit and an inspecting apparatus thereof are provided to perform stably a signal transfer process by connecting a signal generation unit to a signal transfer target unit. CONSTITUTION: A signal generation unit(20) is used as a transmission portion. The second power supply unit(13) supplies the power. A control relay(14) includes the first control terminal(14a) for performing an on/off operation according to an output signal of the signal generation unit, the first switch(14c) for switching a signal transfer operation, and the second switch(14b) for switching the signal transfer operation according to a state of the first control terminal. One or more connectors(30,35) are used as a connection terminal of a signal transfer target unit(40). A transfer relay(15) includes the second control terminal(15a) for performing an on/off operation according to connecting state of the connectors and the signal transfer target unit, the third switch(15c) for receiving an output signal of the first switch, and the fourth switch(15b) for switching the signal transfer operation according to a state of the second control terminal.
