PURPOSE: An evaporator is provided to prevent condensate from generating inside a vehicle by insulating between the inner and outer parts of a case by forming both sides of the case collided with air cooled through an evaporator into a dual wall. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator(20) comprises an upper case and a lower case(22) mutually combined with forming a predetermined space and having an inlet(23) flowing air into the space at a side and an outlet(24) discharging air from the space at other side, an evaporator(21) installed between the inlet and outlet with cooling and discharging air flowed into the inlet, and a partition(25) formed at the case collided with air cooled through the evaporator at the lower side of an air passage of the evaporator with being a dual wall having inner and outer walls(22a) and insulating the inner and outer parts of the case by forming an insulation space inside the dual wall.
