PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly knead mainly flour and water into dough while controlling the vibration of a motor-driven food processor which kneads the dough of bread, pizza or the like by a rotary blade inside a container. SOLUTION: A kneading blade 8 comprises an approximately cylindrical shank 10 and a plurality of blade parts provided at different heights on the shaft 10 and extending in approximately radial direction. The lowermost blade part is made partially thicker than the other blade parts to ensure that flour and water are quickly kneaded together into dough during the initial period of operation. Also, bread dough load is controlled in a dough condition to reduce the vibration and noise of equipment during operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
