Proximity, as it relates to this invention, relates to the nearness of a user to a sensor, either mounted in a remote location or mount ed on the dispenser that prompts the dispenser to provide a message for the use r. The message can be provided in a visual message such as an electronic scroll , an aural message derived from an electronic voice synthesizer.
