PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous kneader for a rubber capable of increasing the kneading treatment amount of the rubber without bringing about the deterioration of scorching, and to provide a method for manufacturing a vulcanizable rubber composition using the same. SOLUTION: The continuous kneader is equipped with a screw 2 formed by providing screw blades 11 on the outer peripheral surface of a screw shaft 10, a barrel 3 into which the screw 2 is inserted, and a feed screw 2a provided to the screw 2 and feeding the supplied rubber while kneading the same.
