PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passbook issuing system constituted so as to be incapable of forming the forged seal of a reported seal having the print of a seal displayed on a passbook and the passbook constituted so as to prevent the forgery of the passbook by making it possible to discriminate the size of the print of the reported seal from the print of the seal on the passbook. SOLUTION: The passbook issuing system is equipped with a passbook issuing device for outputting the individual data and account control data of a proposer to display them on the passbook, an image reader for reading the print of the reported seal put to an application sheet as image data, an image converter for magnifying or contracting the read print image data in a predetermined magnifying ratio, a memory device for correlating the magnified or contracted print image data and the magnifying data to store them and a print output device for outputting the print image data on the basis of the print image data magnified or contracted by the image converter to print the same on the passbook. The passbook on which the print of the seal put to the application sheet as the reported seal is printed as the print-of-seal image magnified or contracted in the predetermined magnifying ratio is also disclosed.
