摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing beer by which a new flavor suiting a consumer is created. <P>SOLUTION: The beer having rich flavor is produced by carrying out the production of the beer by adding ocean deep water to promote saccharification and fermentation.
