PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine frame or the like which exhibits a high rigidity while its bed, column and arm are integrally molded of synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Three main parts of the sewing machine frame 1, i.e., the bed 8, the column 7 which is set up on the bed 8 and the arm 6 which is hung over the bed 8 from the column 7 are integrally molded of synthetic resin. In this case, the sewing machine frame 1 is composed of a frame body 1A which has a back panel wall 250 constituting the back face of the sewing machine and a side wall 251 rising from the periphery of the back panel wall 250 and to which a stitch forming mechanism is fitted, and a frame cover 1B which has a front panel wall 252 constituting the front face of the sewing machine and a side wall 253 rising from the periphery of the front panel wall 252 and is coupled to the frame body 1A. Protrusions 100, 101, 102 and 103 are provided on the edge of the side wall 251 of the frame body 1A and fitting parts 111, 112, 113 and 114 are provided in the edge of the side wall 253 of the frame cover 1B.
