<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roll coater coating equipment excellent in finishing properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the roll coater coating equipment equipped with a paint pan for housing a paint, a pickup roll for receiving the paint from the paint pan, a doctor roll coming into contact with the pickup roll to adjust the amount of the paint and an application roll coming into contact with the pickup roll or the doctor roll to receive the paint therefrom and coming into contact with an article to be coated to supply the paint to the article to be coated, the width of the pickup roll is less than that of the doctor roll and the width of the application roll is less than that of the pickup roll. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
