PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably measure an amount of foods to be in a predetermined amount, and to easily, rapidly and stably feed the foods to each packaging container. SOLUTION: A large number of foods 3 are fed to a second hopper 9 when a first conveyor 11 is lowered. The first conveyor 11 is elevated, then the foods 3 are arranged on a carrying passage 10 of the first conveyor 11, and carried thereby.
