PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjusting device capable of positively eliminating generation of an interference of a vehicle undersurface with a road surface when the interference is apt to be caused due to the unevenness of the road surface. SOLUTION: The vehicle height adjusting device is equipped with an ECU 20 adjusting the vehicle height Hr so as to approximately equal to a target vehicle height Hr* by controlling an air spring 16a and 16b based on the vehicle height Hr detected by a vehicle height sensor 17. When a vehicle speed V detected by a vehicle speed sensor 24 is below a prescribed vehicle speed V0 and the vehicle height Hr detected by the vehicle height sensor 17 deviates from the target vehicle height Hr by more than a prescribed valueΔHro, ECU 20 sets up the value which is added an increment of the vehicle heightΔHr* to the target vehicle height Hr* as a new target vehicle height Hr*, and adjust the vehicle height Hr so as to approximately equal to the new target vehicle height Hr*.
