CLEANING ROBOT FOR REMOVING DUST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning robot for cleaning accumulated dust in a building in a short time prevent scattering the dust. SOLUTION: This cleaning robot has a robot arm 21 fit to a robot main body 20, an electric brush 24 fit to the tip of the arm 21 and a suction duct 26 which is supported by the arm 21 and has a dust collecting hood 28 opened at the tip of the arm 21. The body 20 is provided with a controller having a storage device 36 to which data on plans and elevations of the inside of the building, positions of installed equipments and pipeline drawings are inputted. A dust sensor 29 for detecting the amount of the dust 26 is mounted to the dust 26, and the arm 21 is moved according to the data on the duct amount detected with the sensor 29. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
