SIGNAL JITTER DETECTION SYSTEM AND ITS CORRECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal jitter detection system which detects the minute time interval (jitter) between upper and lower ends of a clock signal and a high-speed data stream, and its correcting method.

SOLUTION: The signal jitter detection system and its correcting method are characterized in that a rough ratio of amplitude variation and time variation of an RF signal nearby an analog RF signal central level is read out by using an optical head. A voltage difference is equalized as a time difference to find the signal jitters.
