PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent damage of a seal boot 18a and injury of an operator and also to realize a structure with the small number of component items at a low cost. SOLUTION: An outer side face and outer peripheral face of the seal boot 18a are covered by an adjusting wheel 19a making a piston 15a rotated during adjustment releasing works. Upon covering the outer peripheral face of the seal boot 18a in this way, the seal boot 18a is prevented from being damaged caused by tools during the adjustment releasing works. Further, injuries of operators are prevented by omitting a thin-walled boot protector assembled in prior structures. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
