<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of various businesses related to the acceptance or management of employee education. <P>SOLUTION: An AP server 4 displays an initial screen for participation on a student terminal 1, accepts an authentication request from an applicant for participation to perform the authentication of the applicant, displays a lecture retrieval screen on the student terminal 1 when the authentication result is proper, retrieves a DB 5 on the receipt of the retrieval request by a desired condition including the education content, schedule, and place based on the lecture retrieval screen from the applicant, and displays an education course corresponding to the desired condition on the screen of the student terminal. Then, the AP server accepts the temporary application to the selected education course from the applicant, and issues an e-mail for approval to a chief terminal 2 through a mail server 6. When an instruction of participation approval is received from the chief terminal 2, a student determination processing is performed through a manager terminal 7, and an e-mail for the formal determination of the participation is issued to the student terminal 1 and the chief terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
