PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut and divide, and specify a generation source, a transmission path and a radiation source of unnecessary electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: A reference signal input part 101 detects a signal in an arbitrary position of a measured material 110 as a reference signal, and a magnetic field sensor 102 detects a magnetic field generated from the measured material 110. A signal converting part 104 converts the frequency of each signal respectively detected, and a signal measuring part 105 measures the amplitude and phase of each converted signal. An arithmetic processing part 106 calculates the current vector distribution in the measured material 110 according to the obtained measurement result, and a display part 107 displays the current vector distribution.
