PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous mechanism of a manual transmission having a good feeling of shift-handling without causing reduction of durability and increase of a cost. SOLUTION: In the synchronous mechanism of the manual transmission, a module of an inner spline 13 of a sleeve 12 is set up to be greater than a module of an outer spline 18 of a synchronous ring 17, and the outer spline 18 of the synchronous ring 17 is organized to have no teeth at every second tooth.
