PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a two-frequency CW radar capable of detecting a target whose relative speed is zero, and separating a plurality of objects having the same relative speed. SOLUTION: In this two-frequency CW system radar, a transmit part radiates two continuous waves different in frequency, and the relative speed and distance to the target are detected according to a signal obtained by mixing a reflection signal received by a receiving part with a local oscillating signal generated by a local oscillating signal source. The transmit part has a high-frequency signal generator 1 and a switch 14 for limiting the time of radiation from a transmit antenna 5 only to a short time in each fixed cycle, and includes the local oscillating signal source, a mixer 8 for mixing a signal received by a receiving antenna 9 with a local oscillating signal from the local signal source, and a signal processing means 10 for obtaining the position and speed of the target from an output signal of the mixer 8.
