PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital still camera that can simply manage a body condition of a baby and record the growing of the baby. SOLUTION: A plug 14b of an ear thermometer 14 is inserted to a plug insertion hole 11c provided to a camera main body 2. When the ear thermometer 14 measures the body temperature of the baby, the camera main body 2 receives body temperature information. After the measurement of the body temperature, when the camera photographs the baby, the camera calculates the number of elapsed days from the birthday of the baby received in advance until a photographing date and records a photographing image in which the number of days after the birthday and the body temperature information are photographed to a memory card.
