PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piercing terminal connection structure, by which connection with a cable electric wire is easy, and which also has excellent connection reliability while avoiding disconnection of a strand, which constitutes the electric wire at the time of connection. SOLUTION: The piercing terminal 10 is provided with a connection part 12, which makes the cable electric wire 20 conduct and connect, in its one end side. The right-and-left sidewalls 14L and 14R of a base part 13, to which the cable electric wire 20 is attached, are equipped in this connection part 12 with the widely opened shape. The pierce edges 15a to 15f are formed in these right-and-left sidewalls 14L and 14R towards the cable electric wire 20 on the base 13. By closing the above right-and-left sidewalls 14L and 14R for inner direction, in the state of attaching the cable electric wire 20 on the base 13 of the connection part 12, the above pierce edges 15a to 15f are inserted by poking to the insulated covering material 22 of the cable electric wire 20.
