<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically charging secondary battery provided with charging performance with high charging efficiency and with less deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: The optically charging secondary battery is provided with a cylindrical winding core 2; a flexible sheet-like body 3 which is wound to the winding core, is arranged so that it can freely be pulled out, and has a flexible photoelectric conversion element; a storage battery 4 that can be charged/ discharged; and a control circuit 5 controlling the charging/discharging of the storage battery. The battery has a cylindrical shape as a whole in a state where the sheet-like body having the photoelectric conversion element is wound to the winding core. An upper flange 6 and a lower flange 7, which are positioned on the ends of the winding core and are formed in almost circular plate shapes, are integrally arranged in the winding core. The sheet-like body is wound to the winding core part. The light receiving face of the photoelectric conversion element is wound to an inner face side and a weight piece is connected to the outer end of the sheet-like body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
