PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilation device to be attached to a wall of the bathroom. SOLUTION: The bathroom ventilation device 10 comprises a ventilation unit 11 and a heater unit 20 disposed near an intake opening and outlet opening of the ventilation unit 11 facing the interior, and a radiation opening 22 is formed on the bottom of a casing 21 of the heater unit 20. Further, a carbon lamp 24 and a reflection board 25 for radiating heat rays from the radiation opening 22, and a blower fan 26 and a guide wind pathway board 28 for sending air toward the radiation opening 22 from the direction opposite to the carbon lamp 24 are mounted inside the casing 21.
