PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is possible to transmit data unsuitable for the transmission status or for the user of a receiving equipment when data are exchanged without checking the use statuses or users of transmitting and receiving equipment in the case of exchanging the data between the data communication equipment. SOLUTION: By providing the data communication method for transmitting data to the receiving equipment on the basis of personal information data stored in the receiving equipment in transmitting the data, for transmitting suitable data in data transmission on the basis of status data in data transmission or for judging whether the transmitted data can be received on the basis of data for reception judgement, data suitable for the user who utilizes the receiving equipment or optimal data corresponding to the status in transmission/reception can be exchanged.
