PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable constant following up to offset fluctuations while eliminating the need for zero short. SOLUTION: The offset correcting device for an A/D converter 2 for converting an analog input signal to a digital signal includes an input inverting means 1 for inverting the input signal with a period different from the period of the input signal, an output inverting means 3 for returning the inversion of the input inverting means on an output side of the A/D converter, and a filter means 4 provided on the output side of the output inverting means for passing the input signal corresponding to a frequency band therethrough.
