<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mail order system and method enabling a purchaser to simply image a product image and capable of displaying only product information necessary for the purchaser and improving the reliability and efficiency of on-line shopping. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of retrieving a product matched with a purchaser's request on the basis of size information included in personal registered information and liking information included in log-in information, a seller server 30 retrieves a product suited to the size information and suited to a keyword included in the liking information as a product fitted to the purchaser's request, prepares a product information picture in each retrieved product and presents the retrieved picture to a purchaser terminal 10.
