PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll screen device which efficiently conducts static electricity generated at a case and a roll screen thereof to a sash, and to provide a window sash using the roll screen device. SOLUTION: The roll screen device functions to pull out a rolled screen body which has been wound up about a wind-up shaft and housed in a housing case having guide blocks which are arranged at its upper and lower portions and fitted into rails of the window sash, and to stretch the rolled screen body over an opening of a window sash. According to the roll screen device, at least one of the upper and lower guide blocks traveling along screen door traveling rails has a conductive function. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
