PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus reconciled in compactification, energy saving and cost reduction and stably having ozone decomposing capacity. SOLUTION: An ozone decomposing treatment apparatus 100 wherein an ozone decomposition chamber 10 having an ozone decomposition catalyst 7 arranged thereto and a hydrogen combustion chamber 9 having a hydrogen gradual combustion catalyst 8 arranged thereto are integrally combined to be bonded so as to efficiently transmit the heat of reaction generated by the catalyst 8 to the catalyst 7 through a heat transfer partition wall is provided. Suitably, the gas discharged from the decomposition chamber 10 is supplied to the surface on the downstream side of the catalyst 8 of the combustion chamber 9. Further suitably, the discharge port of the decomposition chamber 10 is arranged near the catalyst 8 and the surface on the downstream side of the catalyst 8 extends to the downstream part from the discharge port of the decomposition chamber 10 at least at a part thereof. |
