摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to switch one function unit each to a stand-by unit, in case of a manufacturing defect or a fault, by providing a redundant unit switching circuit on each function unit, and connecting it in series to each unit. CONSTITUTION:The memory unit 12 is constituted of a memory circuit 10 and a redudant unit switching circuit 11. The circuit 11 consists of a store circuit 6 for storing the unit name UN, an output gate 7 for sending out the contents of the circuit 6 to the terminal 5, a repeating gate 8, and a coincidence circuit 9. When the unit address UTAD and the cell address CLAD have been given, the contents UN of the circuit 6 are compared with the UNTAD by the circuit 9, and when the coincidence has been detected, the circuit 10 is operated, and write and read of the information are executed to the memory cell which has been designated by the CLAD. The circuit 11 of the each unit 12 is connected in series, the gates 7, 8 are controlled, the unit which has been input from the terminal 13 is stored in the circuit 6 of a desired unit, and operation of the unit is prescribed. Accordingly, in case of a fault, one function unit each can be switched by rewriting the unit name.
