The connection mechanism between a fixed and rotating body has an upper annular volume shape with contact surfaces and radial shape slots for cable passage, and holding the cables. The two radial faces allow flat cables to be guided and inverted and hold the flat cable loop produced contacting with the cable whilst a cable section is around the outside wall for a given winding position.
