PURPOSE: To provide a diaphragm pump capable of prolonging a life. CONSTITUTION: The diaphragm pump 1 is provided with a diaphragm 12 partitioning a liquid feed chamber 14 and an operation fluid chamber 15; a body part 2 reciprocatedly supporting a center rod in which the diaphragm 12 is mounted to both ends; and a pair of casing members 3 disposed so as to clamp the body part 2 from both sides and clamping a peripheral part 42 of the diaphragm 12 from both sides in a thick thickness direction in cooperation with the body part 2. An annular lip part 43 extending in a reciprocation direction of the center rod 11 and to both sides in the thick thickness direction of the diaphragm 12 is formed on an outer periphery part of the peripheral part 42. An annular wall part 28 constituting an annular recessed part 27 is formed on the casing member 3. An annular spring member 44 for pressing the annular lip part 43 toward the body part 2 and the casing member 3 is thread-fitted on an outer periphery side of the annular wall part 28.
